Right of Withdrawal
We always offer a 14-day withdrawal right on stocked products. For orders of specially ordered items, the right of withdrawal ceases once production has begun. If you wish to exercise your right to return a stocked item, we ask you to contact our customer service at info@treatagency.com for instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that we are unable to handle returns that occur without prior contact with our customer service. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery.
Complaint
It is important that you carefully inspect all products upon delivery. If any of your products have been damaged during transport, or if you have received a defective or incorrectly dispatched product, we ask you to immediately contact our customer service at info@treatagency.com. Please note that we are unable to handle products that are sent back without prior contact with our customer service. In order for us to approve a complaint, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. If we are unable to remedy the problem, we will compensate you with a new product equivalent to the one complained about. In the event of a dispute and we are unable to resolve it, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Complaints (http://www.arn.se), or the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). If you submit a complaint via the European Commission's platform, the case is automatically forwarded to an internationally responsible dispute resolution body that contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without involving the courts. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
